MODERN monochromatic FARMHOUSE LIVING ROOM/MASTER/BATH remodel
DESIGN APPROACH
Our client was interested in modernizing the rest of her main floor following our work on the kitchen and home office/guest bath. This was an amazing project! Our client wanted something sophisticated, clutter-free, feminine, and calming. The following services were provided during the planning and execution of this project:

Design consultation

Planning meetings (5+)

Coordination with vendors (special furniture delivery, carpet removal and LVP installation)

In collaboration with client preferences, selection and purchasing of design elements, including LVP flooring, furniture pieces, accent pieces, bathroom fixtures (faucets and lights), and updated doorknobs and hinges throughout entire home

Replacement of all doorknobs, doorstoppers, and hinges
- Replacement of two bathroom faucets, shower hardware and drain, two vanity light fixtures, and bathroom hardware such as toilet paper holder and towel holder
- Assembly and installation of all furniture pieces, including side and coffee tables, master bedframe, built-in sconce lighting and recessed outlets
- Organization of existing items to maximize space utility and flow

Special finishing touches unique to the client, including art from Indian artist to capture client’s hometown in India, family photo wall, and live plants; and staging for design reveal at conclusion of project
